Day 15 in the Big Brother house and it was more campaigning and more casual down time on this day. We also had a meeting get crashed which was really funny.
Main happenings of the day. More vote discussion and alliance talk. Melody does continue to seem to have the vote to stay with whoever she is up against on the block. There was a meeting with Dee, Angela, Taylor, and Lala where they got together and solidified their alliance after the pitch from Angela the day before. They named the alliance, The Honor Society. Drew and Barrett named their final two alliance name, the Jugglers. The Yash, Drew, Barrett, and Devens alliance name is called the Dappers. Barrett did talk during the day of that he would target Kamu next week if he had power. Drew and Barrett also talked about how it isn’t great that people know that they are in the middle of the house. As they are talking about it, Devens walks in and basically says hey, just so you know, you two are being brought up at times in conversations. He mentions those two and also Drew and Melody. Basically, a just be aware that you are being brought up lightly in convo.
Other happenings of the day. Lala and Taylor talked to Lyric and told her that they are hearing Rome doesn’t have the votes to stay. She takes this info back to Rome. His plan. Talk to the boys. A boys meeting. Bro it up. LOL. Somebody wasn’t up for this bro plan and that was Dee. Well, it was also a lot of the women in general. It was also some of the boys themselves. Earlier in the day, Devens was talking to Chuk in the HOH room. Devenes mentioned that he was hearing something about a boys only meeting by Rome where he was going to pitch his keep me campaign. Devens said he hadn’t been told personally about it so he laughs saying he guesses that he wasn’t invited. There were actually two people not invited. Devens and Jason. During the night hours, the meeting takes place up in the gym. Word of this circulates downstairs to the women. Several of the women were saying he’s only campaigning to the boys? They’re voters too. Dee looks around and sees Devens and Jason there and basically says we’re going upstairs boys. Dee walks straight into the meeting crashing it. She says this is an all boys meeting and you didn’t invited them and it made them feel bad. Rome asks them specifically and Dee turns to look at Devens and Jason who don’t give a response. Their faces look like kids where their mom has shown up ready to hammer people for excluding their kids. LOL. She turns back to Rome and says well, they aren’t going to say it. She tells Drew this is the same as how Rome felt when no one answered the door bell the other night and now you’re doing the same thing. He says Jason is on the block with him and Devens is HOH so he didn’t feel there was a point in campaigning to them but invites them in to stay saying they’re welcome to hear his pitch. So, Dee leaves them in the meeting. Chuk later said it looked like Dee showed up and dropped her kids off. LOL. This was a really great feeds moment. Dee was not having this meeting. After this meeting, Rome goes downstairs to the women and pulls up a chair in the bathroom giving them the same pitch while Dee has a big grin on the side observing. LOL. Up in the HOH room, several of the guys are talking about the awkwardness of that boys meeting. Devens says the optics of that looked really bad where he’s pulling all the men in and ignoring the women. He said the women were real upset over that. I think it was Chuk that said well, he did do one downstairs to the women. Myself watching said to the TV, yeah, but he wasn’t planning on doing a women’s meeting. He realized how that looked and got the optics of it and tried to save face by doing a last minute women’s meeting too. There had been no talk of a women’s meeting till that happened. Devens said being left out of the meeting really didn’t bother him and he didn’t know what Dee was going to do when they went up there. LOL. The guys in the meeting said that it really kind of backfired on Rome cause they said his points to stay were really points to evict him. This just seemed like a bad idea all around. Why alienate the women too???? They’re votes to save you too. His bro it up plan fell pretty flat. Drew and Melody continued to hang out a lot through the day. Lyric is still flirting with Chuk and Yash. The group had a screaming therapy session at one point during the night. They just all took turns screaming in the kitchen solo and screaming together. They really need that backyard open. LOL. The night ended very fun with a big group discussion about dating and each of them talking about what works on them with being approached by someone. Rome liked a good simple dad joke. Melody is a jeans person and passionate about jeans so she’d love a good compliment on her jeans to which Yash said no matter how sincere of a compliment, that approach would fail 100 times out of 100 out in the field. They did all talk about doing a speed dating night in the house where they’d let everyone have a date round with everyone in speed dating style. The marrieds said they would be happy to cook for it. There was a bunch of excitement in the group about doing that. I really hope this speed dating night happens as I think this would be very fun! The houseguests were in bed by midnight BB time so it was an early night there.
