Day 32 in the Big Brother house was a wild one and it’s continuing into day 33 on Saturday morning with more fall out. These live feeds don’t sleep and I’m sleep deprived but I’m rolling. LOL
Friday was a lot of craziness with the day being what would be Lala’s nominations. When Friday morning started, the plan from the previous night was Drew, Barrett, and Kamu with Haley as the backdoor plan. Friday starts with that path as Lala goes through her meetings. Taylor was there for some of the meetings and then left her one on one for others. One thing Taylor gave her advice on early on was to talk less and listen to info you’re being given more after she sat in on a couple of meetings. One of the stories of the day was Haley continuing to talk about her distrust of Kamu. Lala talks to Barrett in one of her meetings asking him if he’d be ok with being a pawn. Barrett being a super fan is of course not thrilled with this pitch. He says he’s obviously never going to say it’s ok to put him up as a pawn but he trusts her. She tells him that it’s a plan to get Haley out as a backdoor. Angela meets with Lala and Angela says she loves her plan except for one thing. Drew. She battles to keep Drew off the block saying switch out Melody for Drew. You need Drew to win competitions and go to battle for you is what Angela says. Here is where things really pick up. Lala meets with Kamu and tells him that she needs someone to win veto. She needs Kamu as a pawn and tells him basically that her target is Haley. Melody and Lala meet where Melody talks of how they need to continue to put the push on the cool kids while things are hot on them. Keep the momentum there. Lala tells her that the target is Haley but not to tell anyone else. Lala also tells this to Mallory. Mallory and Melody compare those notes later. Taylor returned to the HOH room and Lala told her about the Angela pitch. Taylor didn’t like the plan for Drew to not be up there and pushes back on it. Kamu returns to the HOH and says he can’t go up on the block as a pawn cause if he’s up there at the end of the week, he’ll go home. Lala says to trust him but he says he trusts her but not the house. Drew met with Lala earlier in the day but he returns and is told he’s going up as a pawn. Drew is reluctant but knows there’s probably not much he can do here but reluctantly agree while she says trust him. He says he trusts her. Drew, Melody, and Mallory meet afterwards where they all say this is a terrible plan cause there aren’t enough cool kids on the block. If one of them wins, they take the other off and then one of them will have to go up as a replacement and they’re right back in the same boat they’ve been in. Yash and Kamu talk while playing chess and they get to talking about Chuk and they both just full throw Chuk under the bus with lying. They go into full court press of keep Kamu off the block and get Chuk up there instead. Kamu and Taylor talk where he explains how he’ll go home if he’s up there and that Chuk is with Haley. Taylor goes to Lala and tells her that it needs to be Chuk instead of Kamu. Lala isn’t on board with this initially. Yash and Kamu talk more saying that Chuk will save Haley with the veto. Yash and Kamu trade off talking to Lala. When one leaves the room, the other one goes up to keep the full court press on. Kamu again pushes hard on Lala that he’ll go home if he’s up on the block saying his own alliance blindsided him in the Lyric vote. Lala continues to say she needs competitors to compete against Haley. Kamu pitches to nominate Chuk AND Haley. He also pitches of how he wants to work with her and Taylor. Kamu wants to target the ones that blindsided him which is alluding to the vets. Lala tells Taylor and Yash later that the nominations have changed.
Nominations happen. Drew dresses up expecting to be nominated as he was going to have fun with it. He gets blindsided the other direction when he learns he didn’t get nominated. The nominations are Chuk, Haley, and Barrett. We also learned on Unlocked as the feeds were down for nominations that Mallory got the time capsule vote. Did she get the power or punishment? When the feeds came back, Mallory and Melody were tied together so she got the punishment and the Adam and Eve tie together punishment from BB16 is back. Mallory chose Melody to do it with her. With the nominations, everyone is in shock except for those involved. Apparently, Lala said something about a showmance with Chuk and Haley which had both of them fuming saying we aren’t a showmance. Chuk went up to the HOH room immediately talking to Lala. Everyone online was commentating saying this was Chuk mansplaining Big Brother to Lala and Lala wasn’t having it. LOL. Chuk telling her she didn’t know how to play the game and how he wasn’t going to put her up. It was like a son trying to speak up to mom and mom just shutting him full down. Taylor and Lala met up with them saying they want to work with Kamu and Yash. Angela talks to Lala confused over what happened and they celebrate when Angela learns that Haley is the target. However, Angela’s guilt on Haley is going to absolutely eat her through the day. The how can you do this to your friend thing with lying on the vote and such. Her guilt will full power go by the end of the night and spoiler alert, Saturday morning. Taylor and Devens talked about the nominations and Taylor said that Drew will be the replacement and stay no matter what. That would mean that Barrett would end up being the fall person if things go sideways which Devens wasn’t thrilled about. Speaking of Devens, Dee revealed that she had the power to him but said it was a terrible power. She told him the details of it. For me, she was going to have to tell him at some point cause nobody is going to believe that she wasn’t in the top six fan votes. Kamu and Haley finally talked clearing the air and they got back on the same page. Kamu says again that he was not one of the votes and is confused on why the alliance would choose to blindside him. Haley ends up believing him and she thinks Dee just accidentally messed up not knowing where the vote was going. She’s defiant still that Angela was not one of the votes. She’s been this way since the night before. So, she’s completely wrong again. LOL. Haley then comes up with a wild plan of what if the best plan is that if her or Chuk win veto, they just don’t use it and leave nominations the same to get Barrett voted out. Haley then brags about how incredible her game is despite everything she’s said and gotten wrong and….yeah. LOL. Angela, Dee, Taylor, and Lala talk in the HOH room going over everything. Angela is again talking about her Haley guilt with the vote and Lala and Taylor say to just tell her if it’s bothering her. Outside, Angela is in breakdown mode at the washer begging for the DR to hurry up and release Dee to talk game to her cause she’s panicking. She’s camera talking to her husband in the meantime saying please send me good vibes. Then, the door opens and she gets Haley in the backyard. LOL. She ordered Dee and got Haley. They talk for a bit. Dee does come out there and Dee talks Angela off the ledge. They also realize that they are very well aware of what Kamu accomplished during the day and has worked his way in with Taylor and Lala. That was what was going on when I went to sleep.
Saturday morning, Angela’s guilt is going to push her further as we get close to the veto draw but I’ll talk about that tomorrow. A busy Saturday ahead with the veto comp and more fallout of the vote. This house doesn’t sleep. LOL.
