Day 38 in the Big Brother house. We had a potential house flip, a blockbuster, an eviction, a new HOH, and plenty more drama.
Main happenings of the day. The day got going with Dee deciding to do a vote flip on eviction day for the second week in a row. She has been trying to get the save Haley train going for days now but just couldn’t get the passengers to get on board with her. Her plan was to keep Haley because Haley is such a target that it will be a shield for the rest of them. She has Angela, Devens, Drew, and Barrett on board. As we lead up to the live show, it looks like this is going to happen if Haley doesn’t win blockbuster. The live show however sees Haley win blockbuster in a close win against Barrett who finished second. This takes all the vote blindside drama out from here as Chuk will go home and does. He goes home on a 9-1 vote with the lone vote to keep him being from Haley. Post show, the feeds return immediately and we already see a lot of maneuvering going on with people talking to Haley and smoothing things a bit likely in case she wins HOH. Haley and Angela immediately talk about their whole deal last week. Angela apologizes for screaming at Haley while also adding that she heard Kamu had said that he wanted to bring her up there to possibly set her off for good TV. Haley tells Angela that it was Dee that did that. Haley also said that she’d nominate Dee if she was HOH next. Haley talks of how she felt bullied all week by Lala and Taylor. She also didn’t like that Dee isolated herself from her. Angela talked of how Dee and Devens were the ones that were rallying the votes to save Haley this morning. Haley also said she thinks she’ll be America’s vote this week. Oh Haley. LOL. Haley and Angela appear to be good. Haley takes her tour next to Drew where she tells Drew that during her HOH week that some of the toolshed was looking to vote him out. Haley and Taylor talk next about the events of the week. Haley talks to Kamu next and they talk for a very long time in the have not room. So long that it’s getting the eyes of the house of what are they possibly talking about for that long. The two basically give their point of view of what their falling out was from each side. To me, it just felt like two people trying to play the other in case one wins HOH but I could be very wrong. LOL. Lala and Angela talk mostly about Haley with Lala talking of how much she doesn’t like Haley. She also is very annoyed that people are just going up to Haley being nice with how she acted. Angela is trying to play peacemaker to Lala about Haley. She seems to have just positioned herself between them wanting her two friends to get along and this just isn’t going to work. LOL.
The HOH competition happens and the feeds come back. Yash is the new HOH. Taylor is talking to Lala saying that a lot of the house isn’t happy with her over how she acted as HOH. She thinks Lala will be good with Yash being HOH but just makes her aware of how the house is looking at her. A bunch of talk in the house all around pondering who the nominations will be. Opinions are all over the place on who it will be. Kamu tells Drew that he thinks Angela, Barrett, and Mallory will be the noms. He talks of his Haley convo and that they’re good now. Kamu talks to Yash next with Yash saying he is thinking about putting up Dee, Angela, and Haley as his nominations. Yash also tells Taylor the same thing. His reasoning on Dee is the vote last week and that Dee put him up on week one. Yash talked to Melody where she tells him that Angela today tried to get her to flip the vote to keep Haley but Melody wasn’t having it. Kamu talks to Drew telling him that there was talk of voting him out on Haley’s HOH which is the second time he’s been told this tonight. Kamu says that Dee was in on that. Yash talks to Drew telling him that Devens will be safe this week and that he doesn’t want a man going home this week. Yash also talks of wanting to keep Lala safe this week since she did it for him last week. Yash does say at one point that he wants Angela to be the target.
Friday will see nominations. A ton of meetings for sure with talks ongoing of who to put up. The next time capsule vote power/punishment will happen. It will likely be a very lively day of live feeds. This season doesn’t sleep. LOL.
