Day 22 in the Big Brother house was a much lower key day with things happening in the house. Not a lot going on.
Main happenings of the day. There was not much follow through on the previous night with Angela messing up and saying to Kamu that Drew had said the name “red corner” which would expose the crossovers. Angela did talk to Haley and put the info out there of the Drew and Kamu talk just so Haley would have this floated to her in case it came up to her while Angela blamed that she was really tired last night. Kamu and Drew did talk but nothing was brought up with the info Kamu was given. Drew did apologize to Kamu saying he hoped it didn’t come off as aggressive that he was pushing votes while saying he was just playing devil’s advocate. Melody and Mallory talked where they said that the save Jason plan wasn’t going to work and they back off of it. They tell Yash and Barrett about it. Melody and Mallory do decide to not tell Jason that they’ve bailed on it cause if Jason wins blockbuster, they’ll need him for a vote to save Mallory and they don’t ‘want to rock that boat where they’d lose his vote. Devens and Kamu talked for a while going over voting scenarios. Devens told Kamu that he wouldn’t mind seeing Jason win blockbuster to where it would make Drew to have to pick a side with a vote. Dee and Mallory did have a long good talk where they smoothed things back over. Mallory told Dee that it was true that she had said previously that she was coming after the vets but that it isn’t true anymore. Dee did say at one point later that she felt bad for Mallory cause while we’ve been having fun playing the game, her experience has been absolute torture cause she’s felt unsafe and on the block this whole time basically. They have old school land line type phones set up in the living room area and some of the houseguests have been using them as a comfort style thing where they talk on it like they are talking to their family back home. Mallory was talking on it speaking highly of Dee so it confirmed to me that she has softened on her stance on Dee. Melody also talked on the phone this during the day saying to her family, I wish you were actually talking to me right now cause I could use advice as I have no idea what I’m doing. Speaking of Melody and Mallory, the two of them and Lyric solidified their alliance calling themselves the giggle girls. Drew and Barrett talked to Dee and Devens pushing to keep Mallory. Dee and Devens told them they were open to it but they would Drew and Barrett to get Kamu on board for it. Dee and Angela later talked and they were talking about that Mallory should go. So, we have two different things being thrown out from that side on where they truly sit. Taylor is seeing that she is going to be a big swing vote this week and is getting pulled in both directions including what she actually wants to do.
Other happenings in the house. Funny moment with Taylor in the backyard where she had the teapot in her hand and she banged it saying it’s kind of fun. LOL. Melody, Drew, Barrett, and Mallory hung out a ton throughout the day. Devens was in that group hanging out quite a bit too. There was a ton of TV, movie, and fandom type talk through the day passing time. Mallory at one point was swinging heavy on the hammock and I said to myself, she’s channeling her inner Ian Terry. Jason was mostly laying low throughout the day. He kept to himself for part of the day and mingled at times during the day too.
