Day 57 in the Big Brother house
Main happenings of the day. Not much going on in the house on Monday. We did get some interesting camera talks. Barrett did do a camera talk where he confirmed that if Devens is on the block on Thursday night that he will vote him out. He said he also does not believe the Devens bluff of the crossovers not voting for one of them to win if they flip the vote on him. Barrett talks of how he thinks he could beat Drew, Taylor, and Lala in the end. He does worry about if Melody is playing him. We get another camera talk from Dee where Dee is pondering out loud on whether she should use this time to vote out Devens too. She brings up a bad joke he said to her recently about “remember last week” which has apparently gotten under her skin a bit. This is referring to that she knows Devens was seen as the good guy with Drew and Barrett in the Mallory situation while she was seen as the bad guy. Her and Angela talk later where they both discuss on whether they need to take this time to vote Devens out. Dee says if one of them secretly turns on him that they could blame the vote on Barrett. The problem with all this is that this could easily turn into a unanimous vote to evict Devens. They don’t know that Barrett is taking him out too so they’re wanting to blame a vote that is already happening. Angela wasn’t sold on this idea so we’ll see how that goes leading up to Thursday. Drew and Barrett talked about Drew’s HOH. Drew said Devens volunteering for the block really gave him no other option of what to do this week with Drew saying he didn’t really want to put him up. This is why you never volunteer for the block. Devens would not have been in danger this week and he’s put himself in this scenario. Melody and Drew stay up late again talking in the HOH room. Melody wants to stay in the HOH room for the night but Drew goes against it saying they already have enough attention on them from the house that it wouldn’t look great if she’s walking down from there in the morning. He also brings up what Lala said the previous day of thinking Melody was already staying up there.
