Day 86 in the Big Brother house. The last full day in the BB house.
The houseguests continue to practice their speeches for final two. A few days ago, Devens pitched Taylor on trying to get her to take him to the final two where he basically said he’d work against her with the jury if she cut him. On Thursday, Taylor goes to Devens. She basically uses the same argument against him in making a deal of how she’d work Lala and Yash to not vote for him. She says I know you promised Drew you’d take him to the end and your alliance is in jury but you’d need Drew’s 4th vote and he’d be there. She talks of how they could take each other and guarantee each other money. He says he wouldn’t cut Drew unless there was a deal in place. She says what if we both make a final two deal where we each guarantee the other money. Devens says he needs to think about it cause he doesn’t want to turn on Drew. He did stir on this pondering if this would be a better option. Devens camera talks later saying how his whole goal for this game has been to bring home as much money as possible for his family. Later in the day, Drew does joke with Devens saying are you going to cut me tomorrow and Devens jokes about it being possible cause he has a family. But will he cut Drew? Could he just be playing Taylor to get her to take him to the final two? But the fact that he is camera talking sounds like he is considering it. So, it feels like the finale is not a lock like it was on what will happen in every scenario.
Other happenings of the day. Taylor worked on Drew’s hair getting him ready for finale. The house got chicken last night with take out for a last big meal and they loved that. They talked and told stories of the season. Devens and Drew played a last pool game. Devens said he was going to spend the night in the have not room again joking that he’ll finish the season with how he started it. Taylor said she wouldn’t mind doing that either just to have that last experience and they all should spend the night in there for one last night. Devens was the only one that did however. I thought it would have been hilarious if BB turned on the rotating bed just one more time for a minute when Devens laid down just to get a laugh out of him. I think he would have appreciated that joke so much. The houseguests go to sleep on their last full day in the house. One day to go.
