Monday, Day 21, was quite the day in the Big Brother house between a tea pot, the veto replacement, and Angela’s Drew paranoia reaching another level where she messed up the crossovers.
We start the day with where we left off last night. Jason and his teapot and planning to cause chaos. The day immediately starts with Jason roaming the house banging on a teapot when he sees someone talking game or really just talking at all. Basically what he did was he’d see people talking somewhere and then just start banging the teapot saying these people are sitting together, Kamu, and are probably talking game. He would often sit in positions of the house where he could keep an eye on rooms. At one point, he finds out that Kamu is in the DR and sits in the living room waiting for him to come out. As Kamu exits, Jason gives praises and bangs on the teapot for Kamu. In the kitchen, the majority of the house are sitting there and he starts kind of doing laps just walking around the kitchen banging on the tea pot. Haley is probably the most annoyed out of all of them with her commenting how he’s doing that right by her head. When Jason goes outside, Devens says it really isn’t that bad if this is all he is going to do just walking around doing that. Devens also brings up maybe the way to make this easier is for us to look at it as this is his punishment task for the week and we just have to put up with it. The veto ceremony does take place. Lyric takes herself down and Kamu puts up Jason as the replacement. The Jason chaos ends for the rest of the day so he appears to have saved it for pre veto ceremony.
The other news of the day that gets the ball rolling on a lot of things is there being a save Jason campaign going on. One thing we all have wondered was would the Kamu house meeting backfire on him. A lot of times when you make a big scene in the BB house, you make yourself look worse and people empathize with who you targeted. Melody and Mallory start talking about wanting to keep Jason. Mallory says she has figured out she has the votes to stay over Lala. Melody says why couldn’t they also get the votes to keep Jason with those same numbers. They pitch that to Barrett and Yash but also adding if we got Taylor, we wouldn’t even need to tell anyone else and could blindside the house. You aren’t going to be able to blindside with Barrett there though as he goes to Dee letting her know that there is a movement going on to save Jason. Dee asks him what he thinks on it and if he’s going to vote that way to which he’s undecided. Barrett runs the info to Drew and Drew is not for this move to save Jason. The rest of the day is Angela paranoia on Drew and it messes up things tremendously. Angela is talking to Mallory and they have a good convo. Angela and Mallory have been close in the house and Angela has been pushing to keep Mallory. At the end of the convo, Angela tells her to never tell Drew anything that they talk about. Drew and Dee talk upstairs in the lounge area where he tells her what’s going on with the save Jason thing rumbling in the house. He says maybe we should get the crossovers together in a meeting and see what everyone wants to do. Meanwhile, Jason, Melody, and Mallory are talking where they reveal to Jason that there is a chance they may be able to save him. He says that he needs to make sure that he keeps saying he is going to target the cool kids instead of the vets to solidify his safety. Angela and Dee talk and Angela pitches saving Mallory to Dee. Dee says that’s what Drew just mentioned to me as well. Then, this sets off Angela of oh, this is Drew’s plan. Do you want to do what Drew wants to do? Since Drew wants it, now Angela wants Mallory out. LOL. Drew, Angela, and Dee now talk in the backyard. Angela handled most of the conversation for a while with Drew while Dee mostly observed. They just go over what do you want to do with votes. Drew says he wants Jason out first and then maybe keep Mallory but that he’s middle ground on it. Drew goes over different scenarios and this is something that works against him. Drew is very admittedly a devil’s advocate person where he just talks different scenarios from different perspectives. Angela sees this as a massive red flag to just fuel her always. For myself looking in from the outside, I feel like when Drew does this that it’s just him thinking out loud wanting to help the group see it from all points and then go with the flow of what everyone wants to do. Maybe I’m completely wrong but I think he does this in a way of he’s helping the group just think things out. Angela leaves Dee and Drew talking and goes up to the HOH room and tells Kamu, Drew is down there playing me and Dee right now wanting to keep Mallory. You need to come out here and join in this convo. Here is where Angela messes up where her Drew rage goes too far. She tells Kamu that Drew later wants to target red corner. Kamu looks confused. She says red corner. Kamu says he said the actual name, red corner? How did he know? You can see the light go off inside Angela of uh oh, cause that exposes the crossovers. Angela immediately panics and says she’s tired and it was the name red corner that Dee was talking about with just her and Angela with her tired brain mixing up convos. So, Kamu does go downstairs with Angela to join in the convo with Dee and Drew. Drew continues his devil’s advocate talk throwing ideas around on how to vote this week. Drew leaves. Angela, Kamu, and Dee all talk. Kamu again asks “Drew does not know about red corner?” Angela does word salad on trying to deny that Drew knows about it. Kamu leaves. Angela tells Dee that she messed up and told Kamu that Drew was coming after him. Dee says did you catch Kamu asking Drew if he knew about red corner. Angela is in panic mode now. Devens gets up at one point while sleeping during the night to use the bathroom and Angela pulls him to the side saying if you get asked about crossover, you need to full deny it! Devens is like what is going on??? LOL. Angela also told Dee to deny. The night concludes basically with Angela telling Dee how much she messed up and saying maybe I’m the messy one. So, Angela and her rage on Drew full has put things in a bad situation here that we’ll have to see what happens on Tuesday if there is fallout with Kamu digging for information.
Other happenings from the day. Devens and Kamu very early in the day talked about Drew. Kamu asked Devens if he sees anything specifically going on with Drew cause people keep asking about him. Devens downplays it with both of them saying there is never any actual evidence. Devens did point out that he sees how Drew is positioned in the game. Haley still wants Lala out. Nothing has changed there as she doesn’t like Lala. Taylor is still talking to people trying to get the tether alliance going. Dee jumpscared Angela which was pretty funny. Dee and Angela were having a convo in the hammock and Dee got called to the DR. Angela started talking to her family in the hammock. Dee returned and saw Angela was talking to her family so Dee just quietly sat down not wanting to disturb her talking. Dee looked up at the camera with a pouty face of this is sweet what she’s saying. Angela finishes and looks over and there is Dee. Angela jumps scares out loud. It was very funny. The house also got the camera for the week taking pictures and doing videos. They performed their ‘it’s so hard living in the BB house’ song with each having their own part with the camera moving from person to person. Lala was also controlling the camera a lot and not wanting to give it up while not seemingly knowing how to do what they were wanting to do it. Drew talked about this later where people were wanting to get the phone away from her and she wouldn’t give it up. LOL. They also did some trend style videos that they’ll put together for a full video. Fun selfies. That stuff will be up on the BB socials at some point this week.
