Day 45 in the Big Brother house was the focus on would the girls flip again, who would win blockbuster, and who would be evicted. We also had a new HOH crowned during the night.
The pre episode stuff had Drew and Barrett talking about how Melody and Mallory think they’ve been working with the vets since the beginning and what to do about it. Mallory and Melody are still trying to figure out how to do the votes and if they can find a way to protect that they’re working with the vets. Devens talks to Barrett and Drew threatening them on he’s going nuclear if the girls go against them and keep Kamu that he’s going to expose everything including Barrett and Drew holding them responsible. He wants them to make sure they’re all on the same page. Kamu and Haley talked and pledged to each other that they’d save each other with their vote if one of them is off the block. Drew tells Melody that they have to vote out Kamu or the vets are going to come after them and that he’d been told that info. Melody relays that to Mallory as well. Mallory and Melody decide to just vote out Kamu and then tell the other side that they were concerned of being targeted by the vets if they voted the other way. They also want to warn Lala and Taylor if Kamu does lose blockbuster.
The episode itself had Angela winning the blockbuster which was the balls floating in the chamber comp. Angela rocked that competition and she used the Tucker strategy of sitting down to collect them. Angela said that Tucker had told her before the season on how to win that comp if it shows up. She shouted out Tucker for the win in the DR when she voted. That leaves Kamu vulnerable here. Angela is safe so that leaves Kamu against Haley for eviction. We get the first clue that Kamu is for sure gone when Taylor votes Kamu out. Mallory and Melody also vote out Kamu. The vote is 8-1 to evict Kamu with Lala being the lone vote to save Kamu. Post show feeds had us learning that Taylor got clued in right before the vote by Mallory and Melody that Kamu didn’t have the votes to stay and there wasn’t anything that could be done. So, Taylor voted him out too. Yash and Lala did not know about the votes going this way. Lala cried in her bed about everything with Taylor comforting her. Taylor puts the blame of the Mallory and Melody votes on Drew and Barrett. Taylor and Lala want to target Drew, Barrett, and Devens if they win HOH next week with Dee as the replacement nom. Barrett and Yash talk about the vote and Barrett says that him and Kamu never talked game and he knew Kamu would put him up so that was where his vote went. Barrett and Lala talk where Lala voices her displeasure over how the votes went saying now the power is on that side of the house with Kamu gone. Mallory and Melody tell Drew that if they win HOH, they want to put the icons.
The feeds cut and return at 11:09pm with the new HOH. Dee wins HOH! She is the first two time HOH this season. Talk in the house the rest of the night is mostly about noms and speculation of who Dee will put up. More vote blaming on who is to blame for the Kamu vote. Taylor trying to water seeds in the FAP group of trying to get the girls to split from Drew and Barrett. Dee doesn’t do meetings as she got her HOH room very late. She says she’ll do the meetings tomorrow.
Busy day ahead on Friday with the meetings taking place, nominations, and the last power/punishment in place for the season.
