Day 47 in the Big Brother house.
Main happenings. Veto competition. Replacement nominee talk. In the morning, the veto players are picked with it being Angela and Barrett. Devens brings up to Dee about Mallory as a replacement nominee. Dee says that she’s open to it if they do need one. Drew and Dee talk about the veto with Drew saying that it would be ok if Dee didn’t use it on him. Through the day, Drew is throwing suggestions of putting up Yash as a renom but Dee keeps saying that it might be a bad idea cause he would then come after her. Drew doesn’t know that she has Yash for a week where he can’t do anything against the icons. She’s keeping that secret as leverage of why she can’t put up Yash. Devens camera talks where he talks of wanting to target Mallory saying her and Melody are playing the middle and are a threat to his game. Angela walks in and the two of them mention Mallory as a replacement possibility and are all for it. One thing Devens says about the girls in conversations is that he loves those girls but he can’t trust them as far as he can throw them. Good read cause they have been ready to pounce on the icons the second they can get power. Devens and Angela go and talk to Dee about it. Dee is again open to the conversation but they all question on if they can get the votes. Veto competition happens and it is won by Lala. So, this means we definitely have a renom coming up now. Haley enters the HOH room and talks to Dee. Dee sets up Haley again to suggest something and make it feel like it was her own idea. She gets Haley to name Mallory with Dee saying that would be a good idea. The icons would need Haley as a vote to get out Mallory so this was a way to get Haley on board if they do it. Taylor and Lala continue to talk about the meeting that has helped get them on the block. Lala is annoyed that she is getting the blame for it saying she never mentioned Angela’s name. Taylor mentions that you said the vets though and that includes Angela. They both hope for a Mallory renom. They may get their hope with that one if things continue to roll. Barrett tells Mallory that he thinks it’s going to be Haley going up as the renom. Melody and Mallory are hoping for it to be Haley and not Yash. Dee and Angela talk on the renoms and about Dee talking to Haley on Mallory. Dee says that if Haley leaks this information that she’ll just put Haley instead. Next, we have an argument for the night. Lala and Angela talked upstairs. It was apparently about the honors society alliance and that Lala had went up there to talk to her about it for Taylor. After they talk, Angela goes into the kitchen where she talks about Lala’s convo to Devens saying that it was about the honors society alliance that is only an alliance for when it’s convenient for Taylor. Drew is around the kitchen too and says that to be careful talking cause Taylor is just over there in the bathroom. Taylor walks through the kitchen saying I heard what you said. Angela follows Taylor to the pod rooms. Angela brings up what she said that she feels that the honor society isn’t actually an alliance and is only something Taylor brings up when she needs it like now with her being on the block. Taylor revealed her struggles with anxiety and said she gets criticized about staying in her pod but talks of how when she walks in a room, people shut down not talking to her. Angela apologizes and Taylor talks of being ready to go home. Angela says she doesn’t have her vote to go home. Lala walks in as an observer of what’s going on. Next Haley gets involved. I did not listen to this conversation but I saw them chatting in the bathroom not long before this. So, the story is Taylor said that Haley offered an “olive branch” to get things back on track. Haley comes in the room denying this as she had been listening from the next room. They both give their sides of the conversation with neither agreeing on how it went down and what it meant. Everyone separates. Lala talks to Taylor saying she has to be careful with her mouth with talking to people and to pull her emotions in. Angela and Haley are up in the HOH room with Drew and Dee where they are telling of what happened. Lala comes up and asks Drew and Haley to leave so she can talk privately with Angela and Dee. That didn’t go well with Drew or Haley. She smooths it over with Angela. Downstairs, Taylor tries to talk with Haley about the whole thing but Haley wants nothing to do with it. Taylor goes up to the HOH and talks to Dee, Angela, and Lala. She says that her and Angela were having a good conversation until Haley walked in and stirred it up. The rest of the night is a lot of retells and such.
Other happenings of the day. Brush gate. Drew still trying to find his brush. Again, we know it was Taylor that took the brush. Still denials across the house of nobody admitting to it. Taylor at one point sees her stuff messed with and is annoyed. Melody is standing nearby going through things but denies going through Taylor’s stuff. Melody does get Lala’s bedding and moves some of it to the storage room as they are convinced Lala is one involved. Drew at one point rants in the HOH room to Dee and Angela about that he’s going to steal an item of every houseguest until someone returns his brush to which they are laughing out loud at him with his ranting of wanting his brush back. Taylor later shows the brush on the camera in the have not room. It’s in a shoe under the bed with a sock over the brush in the shoe.
