Day 48 in the Big Brother house was yet another non stop one with game playing going on.
Main happenings of the day. Who is going to be the renom? Early in the day, Drew and Dee talk. She goes with the plan of telling him about the bribe. She was wanting to tell Barrett first but Drew landed there so she went with it. She tells Drew that he’s the only person she’s told about this. Not true obviously. LOL. She tells Drew that she doesn’t want to put up Yash or Haley so that leaves only one person as an option and that is Mallory. Drew immediately is not feeling this at all. He gets concerned about having the votes to stay with that nomination block. After Drew leaves, Barrett comes in and she goes through the same conversation with him. Barrett doesn’t like it but he says that it’s her HOH and he’ll support it. He also says he’ll vote out Mallory if she needs him to as he pledges his loyalty to Dee saying he’ll choose Dee every time over Mallory. Drew and Melody talk outside where she says Haley had heard about the have not power. She asks how Haley found out about this and it goes back to Dee with Melody saying why did you tell her? Things go off the rails with the night from here as Drew and Barrett are talking in the hammock. Drew is asking Barrett if he’ll keep him with the vote and Barrett says yes. They aren’t liking this Mallory play. Drew says that Dee has been nothing but bad for his game the whole season bringing up several instances. Barrett agrees with him and Drew talks about how he now has reason to break up the crossovers next week. They talk of that feeling like they are the expendable ones of the group. They just kind of air their grievances out to one another about the spot they’re in. Melody and Yash join the group at one point. What they forgot was that Devens has been laying on the other side of the yard behind the couch where he often lays down and relaxes. Devens gets up stretching and Drew’s face immediately drops of oh no. Drew says did you take a nap? Devens later in a retell to Dee said that he said “I was listening” in response. Devens goes inside. Drew and Barrett panic of what did he hear? They follow Devens inside asking if he heard them. Drew goes up to the HOH to talk to Dee. Devens walks in later. Devens says he was laying there and that people didn’t know I was there. Drew talks about it saying they were talking about Mallory. Devens says he was surprised by some of the conversation. Devens gets up and walks out. Dee is completely confused talking to Drew asking what did he overhear??? Drew says that he thinks Devens heard them asking if the icons had been bad for them and if they were expendable. Barrett walks into this and Barrett says that Devens heard them. They tell Dee that it was just them venting but that it wasn’t bad but Drew is panicked that he’s going to get voted out now. Meanwhile upstairs in the gym, Devens is camera talking saying he actually didn’t hear anything. He saw their guilty look and he’s just shaking them to see if they admit something on their own. He wants to see what else they might say to him. Dee tells Drew and Barrett to go to Devens and smooth things out. They talk about how they were feeling expendable to the icons and pondering if they were being played. He comforts them saying he understands and not to worry. The group then goes to Dee. Dee tells Devens for “the first time” about the bribe. They were pretending that Devens didn’t know and told him in front of them to make it look like she told Drew and Barrett first. Mallory and Melody are talking about being annoyed that Drew told about his power. Mallory makes the comment of at least we know how to be in the middle and play it well unlike Drew. Wellllll, about that. Melody also rants about that Drew thinks he likes her. That was an odd comment considering how much they both flirt with one another on both sides. Dee pulls Mallory upstairs where she reveals her renom plan saying she’s considering putting her up. Dee says that she doesn’t think Haley would put her up and that if she doesn’t put up Yash, they’re even. Mallory tells Dee that she’d never put Dee up. Dee asks her who she’d put up if she was HOH and Mallory says Yash, Lala, Taylor, or Haley. Dee questions on you’d put up Yash? Mallory says yes if there was no one left. Mallory promises to never put Dee up and Dee says I believe you. Dee says they she just has fears of who would put her up. Mallory leaves and Dee camera talks saying it would be easy to just put up Haley. She says that Mallory is the best game move and that with all the work she’s done today, she can’t go back on it. Mallory is crying downstairs. Haley tells Drew how she knew about the Mallory plan. Barrett talks to Devens saying he’s annoyed with the Mallory move. Angela hugs Mallory saying she’ll talk to Dee about things. Angela knows what’s going on here though. Before this, Angela was called in by Dee where she gave the full rundown of everything that had happened since the last time they talked. Angela was saying wow, that’s a lot! Barrett and Mallory talk where he confirms she’s likely going up. She’s worried that she goes home against Drew. Melody comes into the room where she is told what’s happening. Melody goes up into the gym in a therapy session where she goes up there crying, venting, and screaming out loud. Drew and Devens are talking where he lands on the side of saying he doesn’t know what is up with Dee with what she’s doing. Mallory and Melody get back together. They talk of wanting to work with Yash, Taylor, and Lala next week. They are both frustrated as they both admit that they threw the HOH competition. Mallory says she slowed down to not beat Dee. Melody says she purposely took the longest route around in the competition to lose as well. So, between them throwing the HOH, not winning time capsule powers, planning consistently to target the vets and telling people this, and trying to flip the vote last week wavering where everyone knew they were wavering, this is where their game has landed them. It’s one of those you got got first kind of things. Can they pull themselves out of this? It’s early but it looks really bad for FAP. They just could have done so many things different to put themselves in a different spot. Devens goes upstairs to talk to Dee and he says that FAP is pretty mad about all this. They also talk of their plan all along was to flip this vote on Mallory to where they say she’s so mad now that she’ll want revenge so now they have to take her out and that’s how they explain it. He says FAP are also concerned that Dee is trying to pull Haley in. Dee asks what was the deal with Barrett and Drew outside. He admits to her that he didn’t hear anything they said and they laugh about it. He said he was laying there and then he heard talking. He heard his name at one point and was trying to listen but the washing machine and planes were so loud that he couldn’t hear anything. He said said he had never been so mad at a washing machine in his life. He saw the look of panic on their faces and he just decided to play it up and see what they would admit to. Drew and Barrett talk later saying that this today actually was a good thing for them cause now they are basically the middle men again and know they’re really good with Devens. They talk of how good it is that Devens is questioning Dee and how he’d pick them over her now. Basically, they’re full clueless still. LOL
Other happenings in the house. We had an early conversation with Angela, Taylor, and Haley where they rehashed the night before. It ends up being Haley and Taylor one on one. Taylor talks of wanting to have a personal conversation with Haley of something they had talked about previously that she hadn’t learned from. Haley says she doesn’t want to talk drama and heavy stuff cause she’s had a tough two weeks and just wants sit out there and relax. Taylor talks of it being something she wants to educate her on. Haley doesn’t want to talk about it. Taylor talks of we can either have this conversation or you’ll see it in videos after you get out of the house or hear her talking about it in the DR. The feeds cut after that. Later, Haley goes up wanting to talk to Angela and Dee to talk about the Haley and Taylor deal. The feeds cut around that as well not showing us any of that conversation. So, this is going on in the house where the feeds are cutting around it.Â
Happenings for Monday. Mallory will be going up on the block as the replacement with the veto ceremony. And we go from there. This house doesn’t rest.
