Day 59 in the Big Brother house was the all important blockbuster competition of would Devens volunteering for the block end up being what sends him home. It’s a win or go home for Devens.

Main happenings of the day. On Wednesday, the talk was would Dee and Angela just vote out Devens too? On Thursday, they decided to not vote out Devens and let that fall on Drew and Barrett. Dee does camera talk about if Devens is safe that she might throw a vote on him to just stir chaos. The talk on Thursday is what to do with the plan B vote on if Devens does win the blockbuster? Who would they vote out between Lala and Taylor? Yash started to push for Taylor to be evicted so that got some momentum going of that Taylor would be the plan B. Dee and Angela talked to Lala during the day to make sure she thinks she has the votes to stay which she says she did. Dee and Angela get on board to vote out Taylor. The live show has Devens winning the blockbuster in a very dramatic competition on TV. He barely beat Taylor who was in second place. This was the same competition with the ball pit that Lauren won last year. Devens keeps himself safe and he has no idea just how his game relied on him winning that comp. That gets us to the plan B vote of Taylor vs Lala. From what we had seen earlier in the day, it sure looked like Taylor was going to be the one to go. The votes get messy as we get a 4-2 vote to evict Lala. Dee voted Lala out and then we had a conversation between her and Angela in the hallway followed by Angela voting out Taylor. Melody votes to evict Lala. Yash votes out Lala. So, for the final tally, Devens, Yash, Dee, and Barrett vote to evict Lala while Melody and Angela vote to evict Taylor. That vote felt like it was a mess of a bunch of people who didn’t seem to be on the same page of a for sure plan of who to evict. After the episode, there is a bunch of talk trying to figure out who the two votes were. Drew asks Melody if she was one of the two votes to which Melody denies. She also denied this to Devens. Yash told Devens that he voted out Lala. Yash says that Melody was the vote to keep Lala. Devens asks Dee early on if she was one of the votes and she says no. He later jokes with her about this again asking if she was one of the votes and she gets annoyed with him on it. She gets pretty upset about this to which Devens keeps trying to lighten saying he was just kidding with her. Dee talks to Angela right after still fuming saying that if she wins HOH that she’s putting up Devens and Drew cause she didn’t find that funny from Devens. Drew talks to the cameras where he says he thinks Dee was one of the two votes while also saying Dee overreacted to Devens. Devens apologizes to Dee again and she apologizes for the reaction. The feeds go down for the HOH competition. They come back and Barrett is HOH. OH MY. Well, this week is going to be a lot of drama happenings. Immediately, we see Devens and Drew dancing celebrating in the storage room completely unaware of where Barrett’s head is in this game. Barrett joins them at one point where they celebrate. Devens pauses jokingly saying “I’m good, right?”. Barrett says you’re good. Narrator: you’re not good. Devens leaves. Melody joins in with Barrett and Drew. Barrett tells Melody that she is absolutely safe this week. Melody leaves. Barrett tells Drew that he doesn’t really know what he’s going to do this week and Drew gives a surprised “really?” He tells Drew that this week may be uncomfortable but assures Drew that he is safe. He basically tells Drew to buckle up. Later in the night, Barrett camera talks and he tells his plan. He plans on putting up Dee, Devens, and Angela. If one of them wins the veto, he’ll put up Yash in their place. His goal is to either get an icon this week or Yash taking out a strong player. Nomination Friday is going to be wild.
