Day 7 of Big Brother saw the veto ceremony and a lot of fun being had in the evening hours. The main happenings of the day. The veto ceremony was done and no surprises with it. Mallory took herself off the block and then Dee put up Ashley as the replacement. The other news of the day was probably the fallout of the info that Drew gave Dee, Devens, and Angela about Jason targeting them. He also told Angela about Jason fake crying to her and then giving a look to the camera after she left the room. As you can expect, this did not go over well with Angela. Angela isn’t fully buying the story as she has compared notes with Dee and Devens. Angela said Dee’s story didn’t fully match with what Drew told her. However, Drew told Dee in such a hurry that he didn’t really get to expand much on details like he did with Dee and Devens. There was a bunch of discussion through the day between the three on the reliability of the story. Dee and Devens are buying the story. Angela is not fully sold but I think this is probably a lot of her paranoia trauma from BB26 where she has trouble trusting stories being told to her. Dee and Drew talked for a bit and their conversation was super awkward. Dee would ask him a question about someone. Drew would ask what she thinks and Dee would react. Drew would act with a reaction of oh really type thing where it sounded like he had a differing opinion and Dee would say do you feel different? Drew would say, no, I’m with you. Just awkward where I think they just don’t have chemistry yet. Dee later talked to Devens about that so it wasn’t just us watching that felt it was awkward. She said she wants him to just share his opinion instead of seemingly asking for her opinion first and going off that. Dee wants him to have his voice too in what’s going on. Late night talk with Dee and Devens in the HOH room which was just awesome. They try to separate in the game where people don’t see them talking. They compared notes. Watching these two Survivor legends talk live in real time was just such a nerdy fun thing for me. They’re having a ton of fun in the game. Devens said how shocked he is that so many people are playing this hard in week one of this long game when they have no power. Dee said how excited she was when she saw Devens in the house saying he was the first person she saw and she knew she had a friend. Devens said he was sure that his wife was so excited seeing Dee in there saying that’s Devens person in there and now he has a friend. That was very true and his wife has already posted a video saying that very same thing of how excited she was to see Dee in the house with him. They said at the end of the talk that they’d talk again in four days. Yash did go and talk to Dee about hoping she’d keep him in the event of a tie. Dee did tell him that she would but later went to Taylor saying I told Yash this but I’m keeping you. In that situation, you have to tell Yash that anyway cause barring something crazy, you aren’t going to be breaking a tie anyway. For now, the likely vote out is Yash with Ashley in second place to go if Yash wins blockbuster.
Other happenings of the day. Dee has been doing a lot of camera talking and she is having so much fun with it. She revealed that Devens is her number one and Angela her number two. She spoke out loud to Tiffany and Cirie if they were watching saying she knows the advice both would say to her. She said Tiffany would say “keep it cute” and that Cirie would say “no showmances” to which Dee said a solid agreement on no showmances. She mentioned Barrett saying what a sweet great guy that he is. She said probably people may see him as a nerd but that’s he’s her nerd. Lyric told Rome her secret that she’s a lawyer. The two of them are full into each other with Rome saying he cares more about her than the game. The fun feeds moment last night were the guys one by one showing up outside wearing shorts and tank tops with the same color. They started doing the Spiderman meme of pointing at each other which was hilarious. Then, we see the girls in the bathroom dressed the same colors and style ready to make their entrance. They walk out in a line which was so fun. It turned into a dance-off from there with Devens and Jason finishing it off strong. They played a game followed by them all laying down in a circle on the ground singing the Big Brother theme song. They then got the Big Brother banner/towel, whatever it was. I can’t remember. LOL. They posed for a group photo looking at the camera doing multiple poses. Inside, it turned into a fun game of hide and seek running around the house. The finish of the whole thing was Dee and Devens talking to the camera begging for Jeff Probst to come and save them saying “they want ransom money” and then the BB cast pulls them away. It was very hilarious. Definitely an all time fun feeds moment.
