Day 25 in the Big Brother house had nominations…..and a power somewhere in the house possibly.
Main happenings of the day. Haley is locking in her nominations for the day. She tells Drew that she is needing a pawn that is a guy cause she doesn’t want to put up all girls. She promised Yash safety but we obviously know she is looking to put up Drew here anyway. Haley and Kamu had a talk early in the day where he is pushing hard to get Lyric into the alliance. Kamu repeatedly says casually “I’m just putting this out there” but he’s not casually putting this out there and goes into hard push mode all day of I’m wanting this to happen. Kamu’s push is him saying we lose a number in Drew so we replace it with someone even better with Lyric. This is pretty much Kamu’s day is pushing people to get Lyric into the alliance. Haley pushes back on it saying maybe we could do that next week but not this week. She tells him to keep his distance from her this week cause it is a topic of conversation in the house that Kamu is her latest guy. Lyric’s flirting with the guys has become a big topic in the house indeed. Kamu tells Haley that he is going to just stay away for the day and mingle acting like he doesn’t know what’s going on upstairs. Staying out of the meetings on purpose. The problem is the stuff Kamu is saying downstairs is getting back to her upstairs and she later tells him he’s saying too much. LOL. He also later tells her again that they need to add Lyric to the alliance. Haley talked to Barrett about needing a pawn. Barrett pushes saying maybe we should meet as a group to see what the group consensus should be. Haley then says that was an awkward conversation which she tells everyone. Barrett after that talks to Dee and Kamu in the storage room with a similar convo. He leaves and Dee says “well that was awkward”. While all the talk is going on up in the HOH room, Drew is starting to panic downstairs realizing what is going on and that he may be going up. This is also getting back up to Haley as well with convos with people saying Drew is freaking out with nerves down there. Drew and Devens talk where Drew says he’s done with red corner and is targeting them next week with talk of him going up. Haley and Taylor had a conversation talking out their whole thing. Haley has been pushing the “she was staring at me” thing during the HOH competition. Angela, Dee, Devens, and Chuk all talk and the target turns to Drew to backdoor him. Haley had been wanting to put Drew up but that not be his target. Devens has repeatedly said why are we putting up Drew if he’s not the target? Devens has said if he or Barrett go up, that messes up the alliance and you’ll lose them. So, if you’re putting up Drew, you need to have him as the target. They decide to just put Drew straight up again and the target has officially turned to Drew for the week. Her backup target plan is Mallory. Mallory talked to Barrett. She says Haley told her somebody in her group dropped her on week one after she went up. Barrett confirms it was Melody. Mallory says it doesn’t bother her cause I only knew her three days at that point. They say they need that number. What about the power vote? All eyes were on the DR for the day. Mallory was in the DR at one point. Later, Drew was in there and so was Dee. Before the noms, Angela and Dee debriefed on the crazy morning. Dee tells Angela that she didn’t get anything. However, she might not be telling Angela. Drew and Barrett talk about the state of everything with Drew saying did Devens finesse us last week to get us to vote the way he wanted? Are we being played? Drew is also having conversations with Barrett where he keeps randomly dropping topics like discussing HOH takeover and coin flips. It’s getting everyone all hyped up online thinking we may see some craziness at the nomination ceremony. The feeds go down for nominations. They come back…..and all we see is a quiet Melody and Mallory. No craziness. No powers. Just the expected nominations of Melody, Drew, and Taylor. We still don’t know of anything on powers through the day. After the nominations, Drew and Haley talk. Drew is in ‘I get it, this makes sense’ mode to her. Haley is saying that she got called too fast to the DR to give him a heads up on what her plan was with Drew. So, they’re just dancing around one another here. At one point, he asks her who her target is and she says she doesn’t have one and is just going to let things play out. If you’re playing Big Brother and someone doesn’t tell you your target, you’re in trouble. LOL. Drew spends a bunch of the night going around asking if people would play veto for him. He’s getting very noncommittal responses including from Devens and others. Drew and Barrett talk again about the lack of veto player response and they say that’s probably a bad sign there for them. Kamu at one point tells Taylor that Drew had told Haley that Taylor was crying after the HOH competition and basically may have contributed to her going on the block. Taylor told Drew to stop telling people that. She has told the story earlier too about saying she was crying cause she lost, not because that Haley won. Melody and Mallory hang out for the night mostly just venting and complaining. LOL. Haley has been telling everyone all day how she told Melody to her face what a mean girl that she was. Melody has been venting on that too. I mean they’ve both been talking about each other so you can’t finger point at one. LOL. Melody also retells how Haley told her how hard of a three weeks it has been for her while Melody is venting to Mallory about what was in her mind at the time saying “YOU’VE had a tough three weeks??!!” LOL. Melody and Mallory are understandably just venting and delirious at this point of the game with how things have been going with power and them all over the block unable to get power. It was an early night as the houseguests mostly all went to sleep early so I got in an earlier night of sleep too.
Saturday will see the veto players picked and the veto competition. Will we find out who has the power? Will they use the power? Will it be a normal Saturday? Stay tuned to the live feeds for Bigggggggg Brother.
