Day 33 in the Big Brother house was a wild one! This was even before the veto competition started. I’ll get into it.
The morning started with Angela still crying about her guilt on the vote flip and lying to Haley. She was struggling the night before with this as well. She immediately on Saturday morning talks to Haley sobbing and apologizing she was one of the votes. Haley is still processing everything and the convo just kind of ends. Angela talks to Dee and says I confessed to Haley. Dee is basically like why would you do that???!!! LOL. I was saying the same thing cause that group was eating one another with blame. She tells Dee that they know about the vote and you should tell now too. Dee isn’t having that though for an option for herself. Angela and Haley end up having another conversation when Haley returns to the bathroom where Angela is. Haley shouts you betrayed me after shouting out my family while Angela is defending how much she cares about Haley. Haley is shouting that you made me think it was Dee and Chuk. That breaks up and Angela also tells Kamu about the vote lie. Meanwhile, we have a veto draw after all this. Dee and Kamu are picked to play for veto along with the HOH and the nominees. We go back to the chaos and Angela is telling Lala and Taylor about the chaos where they say they’ve got her back in all of this. Here is where things really kick into high gear. Dee pivots and scrambles. She pulls Kamu and talks to him in the gym. She admits being one of the votes which Kamu already knew anyway. Kamu talks to her saying he didn’t understand why everyone didn’t just say something to him cause he would have been fine with it. He doesn’t understand the need for the blindside. Dee’s point is that she didn’t know how close Kamu was with Haley and Chuk so they all went around Haley. She also makes sure to tell Kamu that everyone knew this vote was flipping besides Kamu, Haley, and Chuk. Kamu says he really isn’t that close to either Chuk or Haley. She also brings up that she had heard Kamu had mentioned her name for a target which he admits to saying. They talk about Haley with Dee saying she’s not a Haley fan. Chuk says he doesn’t mind Haley leaving and that he feels good with Yash, Taylor, and Lala. Now, here is where I was thinking I don’t know about this Dee. LOL. She tells him about her power saying she hasn’t told anyone about this. She has told Devens of course recently. She tells Kamu to build more trust with him to show she’s on board with him and it does work on Kamu. He’s wanting to work with her, Yash, Taylor, and Lala. The convo gets blocked from here as Haley and Chuk walk in. Haley talks about how Angela made her mistrust Dee with the vote thing. They say one vote is still not accounted for and Dee says to bring up Yash. Yash is sleeping in the backyard and Kamu goes and wakes him up in front of everyone. So, now the backyard is paranoid about what’s going on upstairs. Angela mentions that she wants to know what is going on up there and is tempted to barge in herself. Well, she’s about to find out herself. LOL. Before Yash gets in the room, Dee pulls Yash and clues him in on what is going on and she says argue with me with the vote and that she’s going to lie and deny the vote. LOL. The conversation doesn’t really go to the vote though as the topic stays on Angela. Things Angela has said. Kamu says what if we go get Angela. I think Kamu is the only one who wanted to get Angela. Later in the day in the retells of this, Kamu told a bunch that he just wanted to get Angela up there to make chaos wanting another tea party moment. They bring Angela in. One thing I really liked that Dee did was is that she basically set Angela up with the conversation of what is going on. It was basically an introduction of what they had been talking about and Dee leading Angela on what she should know what to say here. Dee later talked in a camera talk that she did this cause she knew Angela was coming in blind not knowing what she was walking into. Dee said she did that to help Angela and at the time, I said yep, I see what Dee is doing here. Great job Dee. Angela looks around the room and isn’t thrilled that Yash is in there. She gets asked about what Chuk said about Yash. The convo turns back to where it wasn’t intended and that was Haley and the vote. Dee denies voting that way. Angela says I never said Dee voted that way. We get a cut to the outside where we see Lala listening at the door. Lala goes back to the HOH room and tells her that they are interrogating Angela in there and we need to be ready to pull her out. Haley and Chuk say that Angela mentioned Dee as the other vote. Angela denies and Haley gives her a ‘come on Angela’ look and says I asked if Dee was the other vote and you said to trust your gut. This sets Angela OFF. She gets up cussing up a storm at Haley who just sits there calmly taking it. We did not see this on the actual live feeds as the feeds were on another room when the chaos full erupted. We’ve found out the events through a bunch of retells through Angela and others in the room. She uses every expletive imaginative which Angela later says she did so on purpose so they couldn’t put it on the show cause of the expletives. Angela…..LOL. Come on now. That isn’t going to stop them from airing that. LOL. When the feeds returned to the room, we saw Lala and Taylor had just pulled Angela out. According to the retells, Angela was still cussing and yelling as they were pulling her out. Dee asks Haley and Chuk to leave so she can talk alone to Kamu and Yash. The three of them erupt laughing and cheering of what in the world just happened. Lala then pops back in the room and telling them to get to the HOH room now. They had pulled Angela in there to get her settled down and out of the situation. Lala, Taylor, Dee, Kamu, and Yash are all in there with Angela and it’s a Haley bash fest in there. Lala saying she has the right nominations up there with her and Chuk. Yash and Angela clear the air. Meanwhile what needs to be pointed out is that while this has all erupted, there is a great scene throughout that Devens is in the pool hanging out on his flamingo floatie without a care in the world saying I’m not getting up there in that. LOL. In the kitchen, there is a short exchange between Haley and Lala with the two making some snippy comments back and forth.
So, the veto competition happened finally. LOL. Kamu won the competition. It apparently came down to him and Barrett with Barrett being close. The talk was that Kamu wasn’t going to use the veto and he confirms it in the HOH room to Lala, Taylor, and Yash. He comes up with a fake plan of let’s all get on the same page with a reason why story. He wants to pick a name that Lala would pitch of a replacement that would make him not want to use the veto where they’d go on the block. He pitches for Devens and he says he’ll clue Devens in on this too that it’s all a fake story. Haley and Chuk are excited about Kamu winning with them thinking he’s going to use it on one of them. Their excitement goes to nothing pretty fast when Kamu comes and talks to them in the have not room. He says he’s been told she’ll put up someone else close to him and that he doesn’t want to risk that. He mentions Devens. Basically, I’m probably not using it. When he walks away, their reaction is are you saying you’re closer to Devens than us, who you’ve been riding with this whole game. Kamu talks to Devens and tells him the events of the day and also the fake plan. He also says he’s not using it. Dee later talks to the cameras that she’s concerned about Devens being nervous about Kamu the night before with her trusting Devens instincts. When Devens walks into this convo, he says the opposite and says he feels good about Kamu after the conversation they just had easing Dee. Kamu, Yash, Taylor, and Lala all lock in their alliance. Taylor and Yash talk and say we need to take out Haley, then Chuk, and the icons after that. Later, Taylor and Lala talked about maybe using Chuk next week to go after the icons.
Later, Kamu is talking to Yash about Dee saying he feels really good about Dee so what she did today did work on pulling Kamu. Dee camera talks to us in the evening. She talked of the Lyric vote flip and she said that when she decided to flip on Lyric was when Lyric told her she was hesitant to go after the red corner. She talked of how she got too carried away and messed up telling Kamu about her power and that she also didn’t tell Devens sooner. She is concerned about Taylor coming for them so she sees the strength of Taylor in this game. Taylor also sees the strength of Dee. So, they definitely know the other is a threat to their game. Dee wants to work with Kamu and she sees that Lala and Taylor are trying to pull him too. What about Drew, Melody, and Mallory? Well, they are just walking around doing their thing staying out of everything. At one point around like 9:00 last night, I saw Drew and I laughed saying I think this is like the second time I’ve seen him all day. LOL. The girls are tethered together so you just occasionally see them in the background walking all day. With them having the punishment, they’re pretty excluded from anything and they’re in their own bubble. The retells of the gym thing with Angela is told over and over through the day with Yash being a great story reteller.
Saturday was a lot. I think we all need a Sunday of the equivalent of Devens carefree relaxing in the pool so we can all touch grass for the day. LOL.
