Day 44 in the Big Brother house was the very definition of waffle Wednesday to the extreme with Mallory and Melody waffling all over the place to where they are annoying both sides cause they can’t make a decision.
Main happenings of the day. The day started with Haley and Kamu talking where she informs Kamu that he may not have the votes to stay after she overheard Dee, Devens, Drew, and Barrett talking. She tells Yash the same thing with thinking that the icons are pulling Melody and Mallory too. Yash and Taylor talk of needing to get on the offensive to get Mallory and Melody on their side to keep Kamu. Devens and Drew talk early in the day in a conversation that bothered Devens on the info Drew gave him. Drew says that Melody and Mallory want to evict Kamu this week but don’t want to blindside Yash with it. Devens tells Drew that Mallory and Melody need to pick a side or they won’t be able to win the game waffling in the middle. A frustrated Devens talks to Dee and Barrett reporting what he just heard from Drew about Mallory and Melody potentially not being in this alliance long term. This is true by the way. Mallory and Melody have talked about wanting to jump over to Yash and Taylor after this vote. Barrett tells Dee some of the things that Drew has done that has been messy and whether he’s with them long term as well. He tells her that Drew was the one in the Lala meeting last week that stood up saying that Devens was the most dangerous of the vets. She later tells Devens about this. Taylor talks to Mallory trying to pitch Kamu to stay. Devens talks to Yash and Kamu separately giving his side of the diamond power of veto play saying he did it for the Survivor fans and that the power was about to expire so he had to use it. He also pushed that it was zero personal and left it open that he would love to work with both in the future if they wanted to. Yash and Kamu both take the conversation very well and respectful on both sides. Yash, Mallory, and Melody continue to talk where he works on them trying to save Kamu. Mallory, Melody, and Drew talk about just lying to Kamu letting him think they are going to save him in case he does win blockbuster and stays. Devens, Dee, and Barrett are noticing how much time that Mallory, Melody, and Drew are spending up in the HOH with Yash. Kamu talks to Mallory campaigning to her saying he’ll nominate all three vets if he’s HOH next week. Melody later goes up to the HOH room where Taylor continues to put in work to save Kamu. Mallory and Melody continue to meet through the evening where they waffle over what to do with their vote. I figured it would be Melody that would be the one to push turning on the vets based on the phone call from the night before. Instead, it’s Mallory bringing it up which is wild to me. They again go up to the HOH with Drew where Yash and Taylor are. They are putting a hard push against Mallory, Melody, and Drew to keep Kamu. Kamu meets with Melody one on one campaigning to her. Yash, Taylor, and Kamu are pushing hard on this group to get the votes to stay. Devens and Barrett talk about the stuff going on and Devens is getting frustrated saying if this all goes wrong with the vote, he’ll just jump over to Kamu and Yash and out the mosh pit alliance. Mallory and Melody meet saying that they want to just turn on the vets and roll with Yash and Taylor. They know that the mosh pit alliance was formed just for the vets to take out Kamu. They finally make a decision to roll with Kamu and Yash but realize that they need Drew and Barrett for a vote cause they can’t do this vote flip on their own. They talk to Drew saying they want to keep Kamu and Drew gives them a shock face of you’re kidding, right? Nope, they’re serious. Drew pushes back on them reminding them of how Kamu is up in the HOH room every single week pushing agendas buddying up to the HOH and that he’ll do it again next week if he stays. He talks of how the icons are a shield for them and that the icons will be the target for Yash and Taylor next week. He says we can’t leave Haley and Kamu in the game together and one of them has to go. Mallory and Melody ask Drew what his vote is going to be and he says he’s evicting Kamu to which the girls say well, then that’s the end of it cause the vote flip can’t happen without you anyway. They all agree that they think Kamu wins blockbuster anyway and this makes all this talk pointless. They’ll just take out Haley. He talks Mallory and Melody back to the original plan with them agreeing that he’s right with what he’s saying. The end of this talk is Melody telling Drew that if we find out you were playing us and working with the icons this whole time, we’re not going to be friends. Drew is awkward with a reaction of jokingly playing that off to them. LOL. Kamu pops in this conversation before he goes to bed hyping them up of we’re doing this and thank you for the support, etc. They give a reaction of yeah, let’s do this! But, they aren’t doing this. So, AS OF NOW, they are back on board with taking out Kamu.
That’s pretty much the day is Mallory and Melody waffling back and forth on what to do. It should be pointed out that both sides are getting annoyed with them and it’s really doing damage to them cause they won’t commit to a side. They’ve amazingly made their position in the game worse this week when they really just had an easy week. The icons are getting annoyed with them already potentially switching against this alliance. Then, the HOH group is getting annoyed because they’re waffling so much on whether they’re with them or not.
What to expect today. Well, I really don’t know what to expect today. Will Mallory and Melody move around some more? Will they commit? Will they waffle some more? What will the icons do today? They’ve talked about waiting till Thursday to go into action. That has worked against them this week though cause while they wait for Thursday, the HOH group is putting in a ton of work and almost getting this accomplished. If Kamu does somehow stay tonight, that group has put in every single bit of work to get this done. As of right now, Kamu goes if he doesn’t win HOH. Haley goes if he wins blockbuster. We’ve seen how Thursdays go this season and they’ve been wild. Maybe Devens activates the Time Machine getting annoyed and goes back in time taking down Dee and putting up one of Mallory and Melody just to voice his displeasure of the waffling. LOL.
