Tonight’s episode starts back on night 12 joining the last two remaining members of Savu which is Devin and Jelly. They talk of how that was their last heart strings kind of vote. Now, they’re going to be thinking with their brain instead of their heart. They talk of how they have a real immunity idol, a fake immunity idol, and an extra vote ready to move forward.
We arrive at day 13 and the halfway point of the game with everyone meeting up with Jeff. Drop your buffs. Jeff announces the merge. He also announces the Survivor merge feast but with a twist. They have to earn it by going back to something from season one. They have to eat grubs to get to eat the feast. Only ten spots are available at the feast and thirteen of them left so the first ten to eat the grubs will get the spots at the feast. Kristin, Cristian, and Sharonda are the only ones left out of the feast. The three of them go back to camp and they talk of what to do from here in the game. They compare notes of what they’ve learned in the game about the rest of the group. Kristin gives them a download of Toka info. After Cristian walks away, Kristin tells Sharonda about the full idol info with the tether. Kristin does it as a way to build trust and also gives Sharonda the idol saying if you feel in trouble to tell her and she’ll play it on her. Sharonda is feeling good about things with Kristin saying she’ll play it on Kristin too if need be. At the feast, Brady and Eric are annoying people. That’s kind of the summary of the edit of the feast segment. LOL. The feast group returns back to camp. Will people stick with their original tribes? That talk starts to go on. Sharonda and Jelly talk to each other about wanting to stick together. Mike and Jelly talk where he says he was a prime target if they had went to tribal. Mike floats to Eric that he isn’t solid with his Toka tribe. He tells Eric if he wants to make a move on a Toka person, he’d have some other numbers to help with it. Kilby and Maggie reunite. Kilby talks to Brady and they talk about them linking back up. Brady talks of being ready to take out Mike right away.
Day 14 takes us to the immunity challenge. It’s a balancing challenge where they have to hold a pole to keep a statue in place. Before the challenge begins, we also learn that jury has begun. The order of elimination is Sharonda, Thien An, Eric, Cristian, Carter, Kilby, Devin, Maggie, Brady, Jelly, Kristin, and Lewis. Mike wins the first individual immunity. Wow, did he need it too. Back at camp, Mike is happy to have safety for himself after feeling so unsafe. Eric talks to Mike about what he said about taking out a Toka member. Eric throws out Brady’s name. Eric also talks to Sharonda and Devin and is throwing Kilby’s name out. He also tells Brady this info and Brady is surprised pointing out that Kilby was Eric’s number one. Brady starts pushing for Eric to go saying how fast he’ll turn on you if he’s ready to turn on Kilby that fast. Maggie hopes to see Kristin as a target thinking Kristin came back from exile with something. She sees Kristin as a threat with how likable she is and how strong she is in the game. Brady and Maggie separate and push Kristin to the rest of the tribe to get the numbers. From here, it’s just rapid fire things going on that I’ll recap quickly. Mike doesn’t want to see Kristin go. Mike and Jelly talk about wanting to take out Brady. Jelly talks to Devin about Mike’s pitch to want to blindside Brady. Devin is for it. Jelly tells Sharonda that she has a hidden immunity idol. Sharonda says she’s up for voting out Brady. Kristin is talking to a group when Mike walks up and tells Kristin that it’s Brady for the vote and if you don’t vote that way, it’s you. She replies of a basic ‘are you threatening me’? He says it’s not coming from him and that he just knows things. This doesn’t go well with Kristin with how he approached her so Kristin tells Brady that the vote from Mike is on Brady. Brady sees that now he can for sure trust Kristin with her bringing that info to him. Brady goes to Mike and they awkwardly talk where they basically just try to play each other. LOL. Brady tells Mike that he can’t trust him now. The plan is all thrown into chaos now. It all turns to confusion from there on who is putting votes where as we lead up to tribal council. At tribal council, Maggie gets annoyed with Mike’s thoughts on the pre tribal happenings and Maggie saying nobody can keep their mouth shut with plans and points out Mike. Kristin and Mike are giving each other looks of reactions to the happenings being said. While people are talking, we see a bunch of vote talk going on with people deciding what to do for sure. Eric’s name starts to get going. Lewis is confused on where the vote is going cause he thought it was Brady. Jelly points out to Lewis that Kilby wants Eric. We finish with a live tribal with everyone scattering. Cristian warns Eric not to panic but he’s working on things. We get to the actual votes. Mike votes saying he’s in a big mess if Brady stays. Brady says he’s voting Eric only because who he wants is wearing the necklace right now. Eric votes Brady saying don’t do that to me when I’m trying to help you. Looks like we have a shocker vote coming for someone here and it’s between Eric and Brady. The votes for Eric to go are from: Brady, Lewis, Thien An, and Carter. The votes for Brady to go are from: Mike, Eric, Sharonda, Cristian, Kilby, Jelly, Devin, Kristin, and Maggie. Brady gets a blindside vote out and we have our first jury member. Wild first tribal council of the merge. Definitely going to be some hurt feelings going back to camp here.
