Day 46 was a non stop day on the Big Brother live feeds. I didn’t get anything accomplished till the nomination ceremony happened as Dee was non stop go all day.
Main happenings of the day. The day starts as Dee is talking about pulling in Haley into their group. Dee and Devens meet up in the HOH room with them going over things. They begin to talk about the bribe. Angela joins the meeting. The original plan on the bribe was Dee wanting to offer it to Mallory to not nominate them to see if she’ll lock in with them with that. Devens says if she doesn’t take that, then it’s a why aren’t you wanting to take 5K if you’re actually with us? But then they turn and land it on a different person. The talk turns to bribe Yash again and ask him to not nominate the icons the next time he is HOH. The feeds cut away from the HOH room and we miss the actual bribe. Dee and Devens were apparently in the room together with Yash and he accepted the bribe. After talking to Yash, he spilled a bunch of info on the mosh pit which got Dee’s radar up even more. We know that the icons are aware of that there was a bunch of vote flipping trying to happen leading up to the Kamu vote. Dee decides to do a mosh pit meeting to get everyone up there and get to the bottom of who said what. The full mosh pit gathers and there are two things that Dee wants to get to the bottom of. Was her name said on the first night of Yash’s HOH and who said it? Also who said what during the Lala meeting when the vets were named as targets? Specifically Devens name being mentioned. The talk starts going and it’s clear that Drew is getting grilled here. The talk turns to Yash and Angela says do we pull him up here with us and ask questions? They go and get Yash. I said so we’ve basically got a meeting here where Dee is going to air all this out and they’ve got everyone in here for a room full of witnesses where it’s not going to be a he said/she said. Yash comes up there. Yash lies. LOL. He says on his first night of his HOH that he pitched Haley and that Kamu pitched Dee. The problem for Drew is that he doesn’t push back against Yash’s story. However, he knows Yash isn’t telling the truth of what he’s saying and he isn’t confronting Yash on it. This makes Drew look bad and shadier. Angela asks Drew about Drew telling her that Yash said he was targeting her. Drew responds that he did say that but he meant for her to go on the block but not out. He says it was a miscommunication of what he meant with the word of going up versus going out. Makes him look even more shadier. LOL. Everyone leaves and Drew is well aware that he did not have a good performance in this meeting and he’s apologizing. He tried to spin it and said he was afraid of what he did might leak the crossovers alliance. He also said that he didn’t want to bully Yash and was not a confrontation person. It should be pointed out that others are trying to get their Dee meetings in while all this is going on with Dee yelling “five minutes’ at the door when the doorbell rings. LOL. Dee and Barrett talk alone and she says how would you feel if I put up Drew. He isn’t for it but doesn’t push back on it. He says he’s with Dee no matter what and his only push back is if you do that, you’d probably lose Mallory and Melody forever. Dee responds with do I actually have them to begin with? The answer to that is obviously no as they’re ready to go after the icons the second they have power. Taylor and Lala have their meetings with Dee. Their strategy is deny, deny, deny. Lala continues to deny that she said target the vets. At one point, she comes back for a second meeting with Dee basically leading with “and another thing” while she doubles down that she didn’t say the vets name. LOL. Another really bad move for Lala in this meeting is she tells Dee that she’s coming for Devens. Dee later said why would you tell the HOH that you’re going after their number one???? Taylor denies saying Dee’s name which isn’t true either. One thing that should be mentioned is that Lala and Taylor should be able to read the room here on these noms as the people that keep roaming in and out of this room are people other than them as Dee is chasing a rabbit here trying to figure out what is going on with the mosh pit. It’s a read the room of that Taylor and Lala are clearly going up but she’s after this rabbit of the mosh pit problem for her final nominee. Dee calls in Mallory and Melody to clue them in that she’s thinking about nominating Drew because he’s being shady and she tells them that he’s being shady with them as well. She shares that Drew has told her that all he has to do is whisper in Melody’s ear and she’ll do what he wants. She also tells them that Drew said the girls were wavering on the vote. Dee says she wants to work with the girls but that she is wanting to take out Drew. The girls later talk saying Drew is in trouble and trying to figure out how they can save him. Late in the afternoon, Drew is talking to Devens and Barrett in the storage room. He casually drops that he just returned from the DR and got a never not pass. They’re like wait, what, are you being serious? He is completely serious. He was the time capsule award winner and his prize was……the never not pass meaning he can’t be a have not for the rest of the season. He goes up and meets with Dee. He reveals it to her and her response is “you know you can’t lie about your powers, right?” LOL. She thinks he’s lying. They joke about what a terrible power that it is. This also is a point of conversation through the day of people saying maybe Drew is lying and he got something bigger to which Dee always brings up in rebuttal that you aren’t allowed to lie about your powers so that isn’t possible. In the meeting with Dee, Drew also uses this as a point to say “see it shows I’m for sure with you cause America has voted all for this side of the house” which is a good point. Dee grills Drew some more over what happened today and she tells him he’s likely going up. She tells him that he’s being shady and she just can’t trust him. He apologizes saying he knows he lied for really no reason in that meeting. He tells the truth of what happened in the Lala meeting but the problem is that it contradicts what Barrett had previously told Dee about it where Barrett threw Drew under the bus a bit for really no reason. She tells him to go and apologize to Angela. Drew goes downstairs knowing he’s going up. He talks to Angela and is crying. Angela consoles him and she says she’ll go talk to Dee to see what she can do about it. Angela goes to Dee and Dee basically shuts that down immediately of this is why Drew is going up. Dee also reveals Drew’s power to which they fall over laughing at it. Even Drew makes fun of this power all day long so they all know it’s a lame power. Yash pops in at the end of the afternoon where they get on the same page. The blame is on Kamu for how their relationship fell apart. Narrator for us watching: it was Kamu AND Yash.
Nominations happen. As expected, it’s Drew, Taylor, and Lala on the block. However, the big news is the meeting itself. Drew is celebrating upstairs with the crossovers and Dee is saying how they fully trust him now. Apparently during the meeting, he called out the Lala meeting saying that Taylor, Lala, and Yash said they were targeting the vets. Lala and Taylor both denied it. Taylor said she wasn’t even up there and was in the shower. Barrett pushed back on it saying you were up there. What Drew did there got him back on the right side cause now he’s picked a side and they know he just scorch earthed the other side. Lala and Angela talked afterwards with Angela saying basically that there are four people with the same account of what you did in the meeting saying the vets. LOL. Yash and Taylor talked and Yash thinks that Drew goes home. He said that he thinks they’re so good that maybe Taylor shouldn’t even use the veto if she won it. Mallory and Barrett talk where she again mentions wanting to go after the icons with Barrett pushing back on it. Angela and Haley talked where they confirm that Drew is definitely on their side now cause he full destroyed any bridge with the other side. Mallory and Melody now feel better about Drew with the events of the evening. Dee, Drew, and Devens all talk and they say they’re all good. We have a mystery of the night. Drew’s hairbrush is missing. It turns out that Taylor has taken it and hidden it. So, that will be a mystery to be solved on Saturday.
